This AI Statement of Use explains how BookRentManage incorporates artificial intelligence into BookRentManage, what customers should expect, and the standards we apply for responsible use.

This statement complements the BookRentManage Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. It is not a substitute for those documents.

Overview

BookRentManage uses artificial intelligence features within BookRentManage to help customers work faster — for example drafting, summarizing, answering questions about permitted account data, and assisting with operational workflows.

We design AI features to support human decision-making, not to replace your professional judgment, legal advice, financial advice, or compliance obligations.

Our Core Beliefs About AI

  • AI should be disclosed where it materially assists outputs customers rely on
  • Humans remain accountable for decisions made with AI assistance
  • Customer data should be handled according to our Privacy Policy and contractual commitments
  • AI outputs can be wrong, incomplete, or outdated and should be reviewed before use

Human Oversight

AI features in BookRentManage are tools. Customers and their authorized users are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted content before publishing, sending, filing, or acting on it.

BookRentManage may use human review for quality, safety, abuse prevention, and support — consistent with our Privacy Policy and product settings.

Data and Models

AI features may process prompts and relevant account context you choose to provide (or that the product is authorized to access) in order to generate a response. How that data is stored, logged, and shared with subprocessors is described in the Privacy Policy.

Unless we state otherwise in a written agreement or product documentation, we do not use your private tenant content to train public foundation models for unrelated customers.

Accuracy and Limits

You understand and agree that:

  • AI outputs may be inaccurate, biased, or incomplete
  • AI features are not a substitute for licensed professional advice
  • You should verify facts, citations, calculations, and legal or financial conclusions
  • Availability of AI features may depend on your plan, entitlements, and third-party model providers

Acceptable Use of AI Features

You may not use BookRentManage AI features to violate law, infringe others’ rights, attempt to extract model weights or system prompts at scale, generate malware, or bypass product security or rate limits. Additional restrictions appear in the Terms of Service acceptable-use sections.
