Account Deletion
Deleting your account closes it immediately and anonymizes your profile. Connected services are cleaned up asynchronously afterward. Some records are retained where the law requires it. This cannot be undone.
After your account is closed, cleanup in connected services continues asynchronously in the background. A “completed” status means core anonymization finished — not that every domain has finished its cascade yet.
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, manage or cancel that subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting this account does not cancel Apple subscriptions.
Removed or anonymized:
- Account profile: Your name, email, phone, and address are anonymized and your account is closed immediately.
- Notifications: Your notification history and preferences are deleted, and you are removed from future sends.
- Activity history: Your personal identifiers are redacted; the event structure is retained for security auditing.
- AI assistant: Your private conversations and uploaded context documents are moved to trash for deletion.
- Media: Your uploaded files and their metadata are moved to trash for deletion.
- Support tickets: Your support correspondence and personal details are erased.
- Connected accounts: OAuth connections and provider tokens for your account are revoked.
- Settings preferences: Your personal settings are marked for removal and purged after a retention window.
- CRM / booking / referrals: Linked contact, guest reservation, and referral identity fields are redacted asynchronously.
Retained where required:
- Billing & invoices: Stripe customer contact details are anonymized and payment methods are disconnected, but invoices and subscription billing records are retained for legal and tax obligations.
- Audit structure: De-identified audit and security records are retained for compliance.
- Deliverability suppression: Your email may be kept on a suppression list so we do not contact you again.

Changes to This Privacy Policy
BookRentManage may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Updated versions become effective upon posting.
Continued use of the Services following publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.

Rental and Booking Operations
When you use BookRentManage to manage rentals, reservations, guests, assets, or operator workflows, we process operational data needed to run those bookings (including reservation details, guest contact fields, asset identifiers, and related audit shells) subject to this Privacy Policy and applicable retention rules.
