BookRentManage Fair Billing Policy
Effective Date: June 1, 2026
Last Updated: June 1, 2026
This Fair Billing Policy explains how BookRentManage charges for paid subscriptions, handles trials, renewals, failed payments, and cancellations. It is intended to be clear and predictable.
This policy supplements the BookRentManage Terms of Service. If there is a conflict between this policy and the Terms, the Terms control unless a paid order form or subscription agreement expressly says otherwise.
Draft notice: this document is a working template pending legal team review and may change.
Overview
BookRentManage offers paid subscription plans for access to the BookRentManage platform and related features. Prices, included entitlements, and trial terms are shown at checkout and in your billing settings.
We do not charge hidden platform fees beyond what is disclosed for your selected plan, taxes (where applicable), and any add-ons you explicitly purchase.
Trials
Where a free trial is offered, the trial length and what happens when it ends are disclosed before you start the trial. Unless stated otherwise, a trial converts to a paid subscription if you do not cancel before the trial ends and a valid payment method is on file.
You may cancel during a trial through account billing settings or by contacting support@bookrentmanage.com. Cancellation during a trial generally means you will not be charged for the first paid period, subject to the terms shown at signup.
Renewals and Charges
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, as selected) until canceled. Each renewal charges the then-current plan price unless we have notified you of a price change under this policy or the Terms.
By keeping a paid subscription active, you authorize BookRentManage (and our payment processors) to:
- Charge your payment method on each renewal date
- Retry failed charges according to our dunning process
- Update tax amounts when required by law or your billing location
Failed Payments
If a renewal charge fails, we may retry the payment and notify account administrators using the contact information on file. Access to paid features may be limited or suspended if payment remains unsuccessful after our retry window.
Restoring access typically requires updating your payment method and successfully settling any outstanding balance for the current period.
Cancellations
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time from billing settings or by contacting support@bookrentmanage.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless a plan or promotion states otherwise, you retain access through the end of the billing period already paid for.
Canceling does not automatically delete your account or tenant data. Account deletion is handled under the Privacy Policy and product account settings.
Refunds
Except where required by law or expressly promised in a written offer, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@bookrentmanage.com promptly so we can investigate.
Price Changes
We may change plan prices or entitlements. For existing paid subscriptions, we will provide notice before a price increase takes effect on a renewal, using email or in-product notice, unless a shorter notice period is required by law or your order form.

Acknowledgment
By purchasing or renewing a BookRentManage subscription, you acknowledge that you have read this Fair Billing Policy and the Terms of Service.
