BookRentManage Electronic Records and Signatures

When you affirmatively agree in a signing flow, you agree to receive, review, sign, and keep the records identified in that flow electronically. These may include agreements, waivers, notices, and related signed copies. Visiting this page alone does not give consent.

You may decline electronic signing. If you do, do not submit the signing form; contact the business offering the agreement about an available paper or in-person option. Declining may prevent completion of an online transaction.

You need an internet-connected device, a current browser capable of displaying PDF documents, and a way to save or print a copy. If a record is sent by email, you also need access to that email account. Open the agreement before consenting to confirm that you can read it. Use the download or print controls to keep a copy for your records.

If you cannot open, save, or print a record, stop before signing and contact support@bookrentmanage.com or the business named in the agreement.

You can print a record using the document viewer or your browser. For help obtaining a copy of a record made available through BookRentManage, contact support@bookrentmanage.com. For an agreement supplied by another business, contact that business using the details in your agreement or booking to ask about paper-copy options and any copying or delivery charges before consenting.

To withdraw consent for future electronic records delivered through BookRentManage, or to update the email address used to contact you, write to support@bookrentmanage.com. For records supplied by another business, contact that business as well. Withdrawal does not undo an agreement you already signed and may mean that a transaction cannot continue online.

A signing flow may let you click to accept, type your name, or draw a signature, depending on the document. When you submit, BookRentManage may record the document and version presented, your chosen method, the time of your action, and the signature or acceptance evidence. Review the document and your entries before you submit.
